Country & Bluegrass Dobro consists of 24 lessons in tablature notation; all in G tuning except for one lesson in E tuning (which contains 4 songs). The first lesson is simple enough for a student with no previous musical knowledge. Each lesson adds one new technique, and has a song or exercise to show how it is used. First published in 1974, it has been used successfully by thousands of students over the years, and many feel it is still the easiest book to learn from. $9.95 including US postage.
